I have never had that experience there! Its been about 7 or 8 years and I have never been mistreated at the restaurant.
It was good, delicious food, and good service

Delicious home cooking. I was raised a few blocks away and ate here once in a while, and it was always authentically delicious! I would’ve eaten there more but my grandparents, who raised me, ran our house like a restaurant and they always cooked.
Horrible experience the sauce that comes with the Churrasco churrasco was spoil so when added to the meat It’s supposed to meet the food was taken back again was reserved with bad sauce no refills no water
Great food, affordable prices and family oriented!!! Since it gets packed quickly, I recommend getting early to get parking.
The appetizer plata is the best my family and I love this place the crevice was excellent
I was in the area and hungry. Spotted this little place and decided to check it out. I must say that I was not disappointed at all. My food came out in a timely manner and was delicious! My server, Jeanie Lopez was kind and considerate. I will be going back for the grilled shrimp. Thank you!
Only place in Miami where you can get authentic Guatemalan food. I come here to get Guatemalan enchiladas, one of my favorites. They make them a superbly! Muy rico!
Great service, no waiting in line no long waiting for food. All tables are 6ft apart and masks are a must. By the way I went for a large churrasco which was more than enough for my husband and I. Total check was $30.47 for 2 drinks and large churrasco, with tip.! I'm a happy customer 😁
The service is cool and the food is out of the world. All Puerto Ricans and Dominicans should go here. Make sure you the big sampler!
Every time I visit Miami I love to pass by this local restaurant. They have delicious food from Central America. They have very nice staff and the parking is nicely managed by the guy that for years is organizing it
That God I know my Spanish still cause if not I would have missed out on some amazing food from a similar culture to my own .. Glad I was able to stop in and enjoy .. on a side note the ladies were friendly & practicing their English with each other. Would definitely go back
I will start with how most people start reviews here.I have been coming here since i was a little kid! Since i was 10 to be exact. My last order was a pick up order since the covid situation is out of control. My favorite plate is the churrasco as it comes. The beef is always amazing quality so is the mantequilla (crema). The beans sometimes are good sometimes are good but not that good for some reason.Prices have gone up in the past years :( .Besides that, the restaurant is always super clean, service is good and again the food is good. I recommend antigua FOR SURE.
I been going to this place since I was a kid and the food has been very pleaseant. the sirloin steak with fried beans, cream, and tortillas as always been my favorite. Although there price gone up 60% in the last 10 years I still feel its worth trying their central American cuisine .
Nice environment for the whole family. Friendly staff. The food was good, good prices.
One of my preferred places to grab something to eat. convenient location, neat, and fantastic service. I highly recommend them!
Came from South Carolina and I had a bad waiter not refueled of water. I came so far, could be better sorry
Great selection of Guatemalan food, this place its been at the same location for over 15 years, their staff is always friendly and helpful. You can try here many of the Guatemalan “Antojitos” like Tamales, Rellenitos, Pupusas, Enchiladas, Tacos, Caldo de Res, etc. Their menu is extensive, I have try many of their dishes and they are all tasty and delicious. You can pair your food with some of their “refrescos” like Jamaica, Orchata or a cold beer. Plenty of parking is available and if you visit the weekends expect to wait for a table since they get busy. You can order ahead of time, their Manager Omar has been taking excellent care of my orders all these years and every time I call he greets me by name! I strongly recommend this place. IG@ISAACPAIZ
Food tastes decent but seriously overpriced. 6 dls for a chile relleno and almost 3 dollars for a rellenito? Are you kiddng me? Uh and they would charge you 50cents additional if you don't want ice in your drink. They have to be kidding! Never heard that in my life. Kuddos to the happy customers though, I'm never buying food there again.
I've been coming here for over 20 years and it's always perfect! All the food is always so fresh, delicious and so well priced. Not to mention the service is always spectacular. I'm Guatemalan so this restaurant holds a special place in my heart being its the only one like it in Miami. I love love love love Antigua and recommend everyone go.
Been eating here for years now, the food is amazing but their prices keep going up, 14 dollars for a to go plate of rice, beans, and chicken is a little over the top.
Food was awesome and fresh... will be going back ..
My husband and I absolutely love this place, one of the best places to eat great tasting and juicy meat for a great price. They don’t deliver, but the meat is so good, we don’t mind ordering the food take out and picking it up. It’s so worth it! If you order meat, please make sure to order an extra order of chimole. It’s amazing it’s a sauce for the meat with tomatoes and onions, but so delicious! We normally order an Asado de Boquita, it comes in “regular” size or “grande”. It’s just meat with a side of queso frito and tostones. I normally pass on the tostones and make it a double side of queso frito. Try it, you will not regret it!
Discovered after missing a turn to the airport. Best mistake I have made. Best beef taco plate I have had! Gracias!
First time eating Guatemalan food. A good friend has been telling me about this place for a while how good the food was. He invited me and another friend to go and man i was really impressed. He got us some traditional plates to try and EVERYTHING was good. I'm definitely coming back here. The waitress was very nice has was everyone else. I would recommend this place to anyone. Everything tasted like home cooking.
No doubt, the food is very good. However, having been a customer for many years, their prices are constantly on the rise added with the fact, that previously their portions used to be more and now, they have reduced those portions and increased the price. That is my "beef" with this restaurant. If you had eaten at this restaurant long ago, you'd also realize the difference.
Food is good and the services too...
So good. Homemade, Fresh. Great service.
The food has the original flavors, and taste 99% as if you were in the country, thus many people from that country eat there. Good prices, family environment, fast service, and very friendly staff. Expect waiting a little be to be seated, the place is always full. But the wait is worthwhile. You will love it.
